How We Use AI and Third-Party Processors
To score and rewrite resumes, we send the relevant resume text to trusted third-party large language model (LLM) providers that process it on our behalf. If AI-detection scoring is enabled, resume text may also be sent to a third-party AI-detection provider. These providers act as processors under confidentiality and data-protection obligations and are not permitted to use your content to train their models where such controls are available to us.
Data Retention
- Anonymous results created before you sign up are stored temporarily (around 24 hours) and then deleted unless you create an account and they are linked to it.
- Account data and resumes are retained while your account is active. You can delete your data at any time from your account settings, after which we remove it from active systems within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely, and we use measures such as encryption in transit and access controls to protect it. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only:
- With the processors described above who help us operate the service, under confidentiality agreements.
